Apply for classification of facilities for work with genetically modified organisms

• MitID Erhverv (eID solution)

• Floor plan covering the area, you wish to classify

• Company safety regulations for the facilities, e.g. regarding ventilation and accidental discharge to the surroundings

• Risk class of the GMOs that you are planning to work with (must appear from your risk assessment)

• Detailed information about the specific animals or plants and their handling.

When applying for changes to facilities for work with GMOs, you have to provide the LAB-id. Changes are for instance an expansion, rebuild, moving, upgrade or downgrade or the termination of a facility.

Only companies with a Danish CVR number can have MitID Erhverv. If your company does not have it, please contact the company responsible for the facilities, and ask them to submit the application.
