The decision on whether or not to issue authorisation will be made as soon as possible after the complete application is received. In straight forward cases you can expect to receive an answer from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration within 4 weeks. If the decision cannot be reached within 4 weeks the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration will contact you and inform you when you can expect an answer on your application.
The authorisation will not be regarded as having been granted if the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration have not replied within the set time.
In case of rejection
If the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration decides to reject your application for authorisation, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration will send you a reasoned notification.
If you disagree with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s decision to refuse your application for authorisation to provide hygiene training courses, you have the right to appeal. The deadline for submitting an appeal is four weeks from date on which the decision was announced.
The appeal should be submitted to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, which will forward it to the Danish Appeal Boards Society.
