We process your personal data for the following purposes:
You must be approved as a supervisory body, if you want to approve and test quality systems for authorised companies in the electrical, plumbing and sewer installation fields, and for companies with company approval in the gas field. You must apply for approval with the Danish Safety Technology Authority.

According to EO no. 1364 of 29/11/2018 § 1 you must be approved by the Danish Safety Technology Authority as a supervisory body. Your application must include:
Information on which area or areas within the electrical, plumbing and sewer installation fields, or the area for company approvals in the gas field, the supervisory body wishes to approve and verify quality management systems.
Documentation for the supervisory body's quality management system, Section 11 of EO no. 1364 of 29/11/2018.

We process the following categories of personal data about you:
We process the name, identification number (CVR.nr.) and contact information of you company, which in some cases can be personal data.
We also process the name and professional competencies of the supervisory body's auditors.
We do not process special categories of personal data or criminal conviction and offences data.
We do not transfer personal data to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.
The personal data that the Danish Safety Technology Authority process originates from your application.
As a public authority the Danish Safety Technology Authority has an obligation to storage your personal data for a certain period of time. We will keep your personal data for as long as we have an obligation to, or for as long as it is necessary for your case.
If personal information about you has been submitted, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

Right of access
You have the right to obtain access to the data we process concerning you, together with a number of other data.

You have the right to have incorrect data concerning you rectified.

In special cases, you have the right to have data concerning you erased before the time of our ordinary general erasure.

In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the extent to which we process your personal data.
